Care Instructions
We love that worn in look so don’t be afraid to let your Rellebee bag get some wear and tear. It's what makes leather so great.
If you spill something on your bag wipe it up with a clean, dry cloth. Do not add water. The spot should fade and dissipate with time.
For minor scratches just rub out lightly with your finger. Spots and smudges, rubbing gently with a damp cloth should do the trick.
If you want to maintain and condition your bag we recommend our Smith’s leather balm kit from our friends in Maine.

Rellebee On You
★★★★★
I love my Everyday Tote and use it for work. My laptop sleeve fits nicely in it along with my clutch and other items. Really love the fact that it doesn’t have a zipper. It’s easy to just reach and grab what I need. it’s weathering and wearing in. It looks great when I tie a scarf on the strap. I’ve had this bag for two years and it just gets better with age.
★★★★★
I literally never take my Sling off. I wear it when I drive, when I’m on a plane, train. It’s the perfect bag for concerts. The new leather harness strap is awesome and is weathering in nicely. I have the jet Black Sling and it goes with everything. Sometimes I swap out the black strap for the rugged leather strap to give it a more casual look. I get so many complements. I am thinking of buying the Oat Milk next.
The story of Rellebee
Rellebee bags were inspired by a collection of beautiful vintage leather and suede jackets. Originally the jackets were going to be cut and sewn into bags but as each jacket was laid upon the cutting table we realized they each had a story to tell. They had a history that we could not destroy. Instead we would search for hides that had as much character and beauty as the old leather jackets and bring them to life through the bags.
Our hides
Our hides are sourced from all around the world. We work with our leather friends in the garment district in NYC, Gloversville NY and Virginia. Sometimes we find hides at auction—untouched, uniquely textured and purposefully full of character—to create leather bags that are as bold and beautiful as the journeys they accompany. Every stitch tells a story of authenticity.
Bags being made
Rellebee bags are handmade by leather craftsmen and women in Baltimore and the Pennsylvania amish country. Small batch production. No waste. One hide at a time. We bring you soulful bags made to endure.
